Summary	0003191: CREQ: On Chrome, Form Submission Works but Page Crashes
Description	On Chrome, on both Windows and Linux, if you submit a form (reply with a message, modify the creq, modify a message, etc), the page will crash as per the screenshot, but the form ultimately still submits. If you reload the page you'll see the change was committed, despite crashing on rendering.
